These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fliply mobile application ("App") provided by Apex Forge ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Fliply, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fliply. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fliply for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App; use it for any commercial purpose without our written consent; or violate any applicable law while using it.
You retain ownership of the flashcard content (decks, cards) you create in Fliply. You are solely responsible for the content you create. You agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
When using AI deck generation, you are responsible for reviewing the generated content before saving it. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate.
Prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency at purchase. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
Free users may create up to 5 decks. Additional features (AI generation, Speed Mode, OCR import, unlimited decks, cloud sync) require a Pro subscription.
Signing in with Google is optional. Guest users (not signed in) have all their data stored locally on their device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device loss, uninstallation, or hardware failure. We recommend exporting a backup regularly (Settings → Data → Export backup).
If you delete the App, your local data will be lost. Cloud-synced data (signed-in users) can be recovered by signing in again.
All rights, title, and interest in the Fliply App — including its design, code, branding, and pre-loaded library content — belong to Apex Forge. The library flashcard content is provided for personal learning use only and may not be redistributed.
Fliply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
